Instant Rava Dhokla

Ingredients

1 Cup roasted Rava (semolina)
3/4 cup butter milk
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp chopped corriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
1//4 tsp soda
1 pinch asafotida

Method:
1) Mix the ingredients to make a smooth batter and keep aside for 10 mins.
2) After 10 mins add little water to loosen the batter.
3) Steam dhokla for 10-15 mins.
For the seasoning, heat a little oil and add mustard seeds, once the mustard seeds pop, add the cumin seeds and curry leaves.
4) Pour the seasoning on the dhokla.
5) Garnish with chopped corriader leaves and serve.
