Ingredients:
1kg carrots (grated)
1/4 ltr milk
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup chopped dry fruits (cashews, almond, raisins)
Method:
1) Mix the grated carrots and milk and bring to a boil.
2) Simmer and cook till the carrots are well done.
3) Add in the sugar and ghee and cook till the moisture evaporates.
4) Add the dry fruits and cook for five minutes.
